i work in kiddieland kennywood, and there is nothing more irritating to the workers than when teenagers would come and ride our rides.

no, none of us thought you were funny or cool. we just thought you were annoying and you made us run our ride for no reason.

@nikkieup14 Teenagers don't ride these to be funny or cool. They ride them because it's fun to go on with friends to laugh about. God forbid you actually have to do your job.

I remeber riding this when I was 6, i mean I was tall enough to ride the regular Phantom... But i was terrified!

@astrofrk well I'm not sure what parks you're going to. but you're perfectly welcome to ride the Lil Phantom in Kennywood without a child. there is no height restriction. we haven't punished anyone for being stupid. we still let them ride. all i'm saying is that the teenagers who get on to be obnoxious and make fun of the kids tend to annoy the workers.

@nikkieup14 I visit parks on holidays when I have to take the least time off work, I usually can't make it on a "Coaster Enthusiast Day". I have no kids and can only board if I do, so what can I do? Kidnap a 6 year old just to ride?  The judge will like THIS one! I do not agree with punishing everyone just because of a few idiots cause "There is no cure for Stupid". I'll bet the only reason those teenagers got on Lil Pantom was they were too much a wuss for the big version.

@astrofrk thats perfectly fine with me if adults ride for the fun of it. we even have coaster enthusiast day where we basically have all adults riding it. that does not bother me in the least. it is the 13 to 17 year olds that get on it to be obnoxious and make fun of the kids. that is what i find annoying.

@nikkieup14 I have now ridden 112 Coasters. Lil Phantom has the smallest drop of any of them at 6ft, speed is 5mph. I'll admit that I just rode it to "add one more to the list". I'm glad Kennywood let me ride it but I think all parks should let any adult ride any coaster, so as long as they stay safe. After all, I am still a paying customer and if not for adults who bring the kids, there would be no Lil Phantom and you would not have your job at all.
