Shortly after departing Saint John's Island Yard, CN 405 heads over Rothesay Park Road, the second of three close proximity crossings, enroute to Moncton. Engines are 5757, 2454, and 5786 leading 120 cars. Almost half of the cars are empty hoppers headed for McCullys Potash Facility in Penobsquis, NB. Time is 15:05.

  • I did as well...except when both dogs were on the tracks when the train was blowing for Tennis Court Road, which is the crossing on the turn. He went to get them, which is what you hear in the background before the train appears. Kinda nerve-wracking, actually.

  • I saw a train pass through there a few days ago. The area definately looks different in the winter time (I didn't even realize that where I saw the train was almost the exact same spot you shot this video).
