How about Hawaii over #8 BYU 72-45 in 2001. Bowl-bound #8 BYU (12-0) came into the game undefeated, talking about how they deserved to play for the national championship, while Hawaii (8-3) was completely snubbed from post-season play... After scoring 72 points and embarrassing the Cougar defense for 646 yards, Hawaii came out on top, handing BYU what is arguably their worst loss ever.
