PGA Tour Coach Joey D uses the 65cm GolfGym Balance Ball to stretch the lower back. This is a great stretch to add flexibility and gain more rotation. Flexibility is key to good rotation and the creation of a full swing. This exercise will help to develop that flexibility.

This works well. Since most courses don’t have exercise balls, I do this just before leaving to play golf.
