Run for the Fallen, a 4000+ mile event this summer, is a run honoring our soldiers killed during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Every mile in the run across America will be dedicated to a fallen soldier and marked with an American flag and sign card.

  • I quit my job in February to do this, the plan's been in the works for over a year, and I'm not getting paid. You don't have to buy anything donkids. Just run one mile in remembrance of a fallen service member.

  • God Bless our Troops and those who have died for our freedom.

    It's a great thing you're doing.

    Let us never forget.

  • xstillfly, it's clear you have some issues - hoping they're not too serious. why else would you post cowardly hateful comments in CAPS? guessing you're a confused teenager who hasn't lost anyone close to you in this war or any other, and that you have a ton of growing up to do. best of luck - dig deep.

  • Jon Bellona Rocks! Go Jon!

  • If your sincere in your efforts to remember fallen soldiers then I apologize.

  • to run. to test the length of strength

the depth of weakness to pound upon the thickness of will.

to join heart & mind lung & leg feet & breath

in a single prolonged act; a purgation. to reach down to embrace

    frailities & insecurities,

to lift them above your head and release.

as they beat their wings forward

through the line of your squited eye

until you no longer chase them

    they lead the way.

  • props to you. I hope it is a success. I'll dedicate some of my kilometers in Germany as well.

  • go to the website before you make comments like that, donkids. don't be so cynical. it's unbecoming, nay indecorous even.
