The unit isn't a perfect series, many faults and not always realistic, but there is a message and I really love the topic(s). A show about "delta" operators, why didn't they make that earlier?

If they'd double the budget, they could make longer episodes and also filter out the compromises so it'd be more realistic.

However, still love watching it.

@shingen012 SEAL Six was done away with in the early 90s the new group is referred to as DEVGRU but there are rumors that this name as also changed and Delta Force and DEVGRU and the 24th Special Tactics Squadron are all Tier One assets meaning they are all on the same page so to speak. Not trying to be an ass just helping to fill in gaps

@rumalot Delta still exists, they pulled an op in Somalia alongside the Rangers in October of 1992 (Black Hawk Down/ Battle of Mogadishu). They work one level above Seal Team Six any info beyond that is apparently classified by the pentagon. (At least that's what I've learned from research)
