People are reported to have strange reactions after seeing it, passing out, feeling sick etc.....

According to the artist, the boy is based on a photograph of himself aged 5, the doorway is a representation of the dividing line between the waking world and the world of dreams and possibilities, and the doll is a guide who will escort the boy through it. The hands themselves represent alternate lives or possibilities.

And the little girl in the picture is not in fact a little girl. She is a doll who appears to be holding a battery attached to a piece of string or wire of some sort. People on who have viewed the portrait Ebay, or sites where it has been sold claim to have felt light headed, and sometimes pass out. That is what I know about this. Nobody DIED looking at this picture-.-

This picture is called "The hands that resist him". The photograph was found behind an abandoned warehouse, and sold in an art show. People have claimed to see the kids in the picture arguing, playing, and sometimes coming out of the picture. The artist of the picture made this, portraying himself as a child. And he doesnt know why people claim it to be haunted, or cursed.
