No. Neo died at the end. The moment Smith copied himself into Neo, Neo lost his consciousness and ceased to be himself. Not only that but in the Real World...the Source sent more electricity and energy through him than any body could take, Neo is still very human in RL. Plus look at it from a story perspective, Trinity died so that Neo could fully sacrifice himself in that manner and couldn't have done so otherwise.
