i asked the health authority for help with sleep paralysis, sleep walking and sleep paralysis related breathing difficulties and they gave me no help and told me to stop curing myself with a controlled substance

sleep paralysis related breathin difficulties very nearly killed me 3 times,as a baby i froze,stopped breathin for near to 3 mins & went purple in colour in the head,chest &neck area,then snapped out of it as though nothin had occurred.this was due to sleep paralysis related breathin difficulties,im now 38 &have had 2 similar attacks as an adult.
health authorities dont accept this sleep disorder exists,even when there are scientific papers on net that say people report breathin difficulties
