This is the most awesome channel for alternative fitness(w/e u wanna call it)!!! I'm currently working on doing muscle ups. Do you have any suggestions on how to get it? I can do both pull ups and dips, but I just can't get thru the transition. I don't have rings, nor do I have acces to dip bar (sadly). Only the bar :) Hope you can help..
