  • Where can I get those gloves? I need them so bad, my hands sweat pretty horribly which prevents me from doing certain moves (I'm only just starting so I can only do basic spins). I've been trying to work on inverts but without gloves i'm afraid I'll break my neck O_o

  • well, you shouldnt rely on the gloves. Try washing your hands really well with soap and water before you start. Clean your pole very well with rubbing alcohol.. you can also use the alcohol on your hands to help dry them out.

for the gloves do an ebay search for leather fingerless gloves.. i got mine for like 6 bucks...!

  • wow 4:10 is awesome! I mean your whole routine is awesome, but that was my favorite part =)

  • haha the booty shake??

  • yes the upside down booty shake! haha, I try but I can't get my butt to shake fast, infact I don't think it really moves at all lol =P

  • mine barely moves either.. lol

  • this was so cute i had to make my own xmas pole dance lol . your so good!

  • Love it!! outfit is SUPER cute!! hope i get you for christmas this yr!!! dont know if ive been good enough for that though ;) heheh

  • Awesome! I really loved the outfit and the choreography!

I want to start pole dancing, but for now, there aren't any lessons given closer than 250 km from my home!

  • question about the rubbing alcohol. i have a gold titanium xpole, and i used to use rubbing alcohol but it made the pole turn back silver in some areas. so is it bad for it? i also got some dry hands from bspun that really helped, but with the humidity in NC, it can be hell for a pole dancer. lol
