To make comments about "rednecks" and the reporter looking like she's in a "timewarp" (you can't even spell the words correctly, you should have said time warp) reveals your limited mind. That video was shot at the Kansas City, Kansas Community College in 2003.
Not sure where they doing it now, but it's great fun.
