  • not real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You know this would be perfect for a murder weapon

  • of course its fake... notice that the hands are cg everytime they touch it?

  • Bon ils on commencé en 2001 on est en fin 2010 du nouveau ou que dal ?

  • Ce n'est pas encore possible mais ils travaillent dessus, c'est paru dans SVJ

  • This isn't real yet, but people at CMU and Intel are working on the underlying technology. The ad is an "artistic interpretation" of technology put together by grad students; "claytronics" will probably be available in some form in the future, if they can find the right market. The idea for the implementation, last I heard, was to use millimeter-scale glass beads with the necessary components inside to function as robots.

  • pretty sure some friends of mine at Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Center did this

  • claytronics were originally made for communication. The idea was, when you call a friend on youre cell, the claytronics should make a 3-d version of the person you call so jeg kan see who you talk to and likewise the ther way.

  • it's real.. carnegie mellon representatives came to us and informed us about future technology..

  • surely this is not real. it's just an advertisement.
