Good effort auld hawn. You at least have the guts to get on there, and make a video.
You woud put a few of our local recoding artists to shame. No names, no pac drill. lol
I remember stories from 50s or earlier about the Bone, The Hammer. and the old hard men like Rinty Monaghan and Buck Alec with his lion on a lead for a walk up the Shankhill. The Corbett's had a bit of a name Dad and son in the heavyweight boxing world. Good luck anyway from the other side of town lol..

I would like to have seen the chord changes! Nice voice. I always liked the eric burdon version too.

"I would like to have seen the chord changes!"
No you wouldn't; they were a bloddy mess :)
Seriously though they were:
C G
If you ever change your mind C C7 F
About leavin', leavin' me behind C
Oh, oh, bring it to me G
Bring your sweet lovin' C F C G
Bring it on home to me, oh yeah,
It's the same all the way through. You can add a couple of G7s here and there and finish the last verse on F C rather than C F C.

Damnit! the text didn't come out at the start!
It should have read: Bring It On Home
(Sorry about the serious face I was reading the chords and lyrics from a sheet of paper underneath the camera!)
