Ingredients:
• Chicken wings and drumsticks -- 3 lbs
• Lemongrass -- 3 -- 4 stalks white part only minced
• Red bell pepper -- 1 finely chopped
• Minced garlic -- ½ cup
• Grated ginger -- 1/3 cup
• Patis (Filipino fish sauce) -- 1/3 cup
• Lime -- 3 zested and juiced
• Coconut sugar -- 2 tbsp
• Coconut oil spray -- 3 tbsp
• Coconut juice* - ½ cup
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together besides coconut oil in Ziplock freezer bag and marinate in fridge for 24 -- 48 hours.
Spray grill with coconut oil. Pre heat grill over med high heat, and grill chicken wings for 8 -10 minutes on each side until the skin is golden brown.
