@VrilJa Well the similarities don't come out by simply trying to listen to and understand it. English is derived from German and Latin but if I were to listen to someone speak either I wouldn't be able to understand a word. It shows more in its historical roots and systematic structure. If you look up Slavic Languages on Wikipedia you can find out all about that kind of stuff.

Im from slovenia slavic countryaswell and when i watch in news reports from middle eastern countrys, most offten about war unfortunately i dont have a clue what those people are saying about if there wasnt a translation i couldnt get one word
