  • What do you mean by short time bases like how long should we train for and how intense like do i do it till my arms explode in 10 mins or an hour and what food do you eat i eat protein carbs, smash weights and still nothin so ive got a perfect answer GET ON THE ROIDS nothing else is working could you do me a plan to see if that helps thanks.
