Here Comes The Sun

Crummy video of me playing Here Comes The Sun, by the Beatles, on a ukulele. I had learned the song on the uke before I'd known George Harrison was a fan of the instrument.

The ukulele is an Applause soprano, with Ko'olau strings, but with a low G. The low G string is a bit too buzzy because it is actually the D string from a classical guitar.

I do use a pick. It is a very thin, light pick.

I have played the uke for only about 2 years, but played the guitar for about 30 years.

Wow! I'm surprised that you are the first to comment on the poor quality of the video! If only I had shot it through panty-hose! I'll have to remember that. Actually, I have a cheap little camera, that I had never used before, and instead of learning more about it, I just plowed on.
