Renown South Meadows Ranked in Country's Top 2% for Quality, KTHX, 100.1 FM

A national healthcare organization has ranked Renown's South Meadows Medical Center in the top 2 percent when it comes to quality medical care for heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia and surgical needs. Findings released in February by the private, non-profit community-based organization HealthInsight showed that Renown's South Meadows Medical Center not only provides quality medical care on a level achieved by only 2 percent of all hospitals across the country, but it is also the most preferred full-service hospital choice of patients in northern Nevada based on CMS HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) measurements that surveys Medicare patients.
