how the hell do you fit a 595 lift cam with 1.7 rockers on a stock shortblock with stock pistons? that's got to be over 610 lift, at least. that doesn't make sense to me haha.

To comment to an old post, i bought the motor from a friend assemebled, had an x cam before so the pistons were flycut. That's why he put the tfs 3 cam in as it had adequate ptv AFTER the flycuts that I was un aware of.

Me either but ptv clearence is just ok, not great. roller 302 shortblock is temporary until i can build a 347 shortblock to better suit those heads and cam!
