Nope, 9 months, ... 9 freaking months, for an excuse to murder someone. He I personally think, wanted to kill someone, and had never had that chance. He wanted to know how it felt, and his compulsions for this, was probably listening to his 'brothers' kill people, and he wanted to feel that power. Again 9 MONTHS!

Doesn't it make you sick, that the officer here, only served 9 months. That's the reason why the Oakland riots started, however they should have went further, and took a few cops with them.

this bullshit about him reaching for a taser is insane. If you've seen the full video, the officer, pulled out the gun, set the barrel on grant's back, lifted it slightly, then fired. A cop who can't tell the difference between a gun and a taser in that amount of time should not be a cop in the first place. I believe full heartedly that he intended to kill. Also did anyone notice that all the cops in the video are white, while everyone they had against the wall were members of minority groups?
