Simon Robertson, head chef at the Fiddler's Elbow in Edinburgh is the genius behind the unusual concoction of deep fried Irn Bru butter balls.

The quirky dessert was created during a quiet drink in the pub where Simon decided to create a fun dessert. He stumbled across the butter balls in America and decided to give them a Scottish twist and added Irn Bru.
