Both of them great scenes. I still remember watching these with my friends and how we all yelled in outrage when the Astray girls got picked off. They were surprisingly effective characters considering none of us even remember their names.
And no matter how many times I watch it, Kira's final blows to Rau La Creuset give me chills every single time.

SEED factor has nothing to do with being Coordinators or Naturals. It's something that really is just a plot device so that certain people can be better pilots and all.
