  • When it came to Iraq

Ron Paul says "they did not start with us"

When it comes to Afgananstan he says "we dont know the enemy"

all because he hates america, it ways, and all the great wars which started this country and made us who we are!

(He found a few mistakes and builds on them)

  • wars are never great. when people die it is always tragic.. you are disconnected from reality. war is hell and it always has been and always will be.. it serves no purpose to kill man. especially civilians who have nothing to do with their governments actions.. like the 1 million dead iraqis.. do you feel for those families affects by our bombs? do you weep for them?

  • Always distrust the guy who tells you that things are too complicated for you to understand. The term islamofascism was coined by the neocons and it has little fundament, other than their will to create an enemy out of thin air. The potential that these so called islamic fundamentalists have to do harm to the average citizen in the United States is infinitesimal. Dr Kagan can use all those books to which he refers to make himself a nice disinfo chimney fire.

  • "'Tis the voice of reason against the howling mob. Is the pride of purpose

    In the unrewarding job."

  • Like how Dr. Kagan, the blubbery man on the left who probably has never 'served', says that the extremists would consider us meddling in the struggles within Islam whether we were there or not. Fat friend, when have we not been there?

  • Not sure why I was ranked down. I wasn't implying Paul was a fool. The other naive congressman see him that way.

  • On Sunday, Oct 18, 2009, the AP posted an article, "Iraq approves oil deal with BP-lead consortium," which points out how British Petroleum and China's CNPC will now control 75% of Iraq's Oil at the Rumaila oil field near Basra. BP gets 38% and CNPC gets 37% and Iraq's State oil marketing company gets a whopping 25%! American troops fought in Iraq, so Iraq can afford to give away 75% of the profits for a prized oil field to Britain and China. Seems like a slap in the face to the U.S. to me!

  • This is the typical dumb comment by the typical dumb pro-war, anti-American, anti-humanity, anti-peace brainwashed zombie retard.

  • You go Ron Paul.....hit em with common sense. It's way beyond their ability to comprehend.

  • Who is that Dr. Kagan putz anyway?

Rapid-fire delivery of meaningless word combinations... yeah, that answers the question.

  • There is absolutely no way of 'winning' these wars. Either in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Iraq. All sane people knew this from the very beginning.

It's a crapshoot, just like Vietnam. You cannot invade sovereign countries in the hopes of eliminating 'terrorism' (an ideology) while creating new terrorists every other minute.
