Overall I like the video. As others have said, omitting ginger is almost blasphemy in the Asian cooking realm, and garlic is NEVER a bad idea.
Also than ≠ then. You kids like your dish better THAN the take out place. Your using the wrong word. See what I did there?

Where is the Ginger? Ginger is one of the main ingredients that flavor traditional Lo Mein.... Your recipe does look tasty though!!
