La musica de Partch ,aunque no se observe el proceso productivo es profundamente sensorial.En este caso se trata de una especie de oracion: una exhortacion panteista en su maxima expresion,porque apela a las sensaciones corporales mas que a las percepciones mentales. Y no es posible permanecer impasible ante el llamado...lo marca con ritmica insistencia...hasta perderse en la nada.

Patch is absolutely amazing. He designed and built his own instruments, his own tuning systems, his own music --- and lived many years --- homeless. Hoboing on trains during the Depression.

What an awesome piece. I'm going to have to see a live performance of this one day... Alas, I imagine it is not exactly a common thing to have programmed.

If you're ever in San Diego, CA you can see the original instruments at San Diego State University. The music is brilliant only matched by the astounding instruments.

Just bought the cd some weeks ago, very interesting music. Some of the voices in Delusions of the Fury arent even singed, just talked, and they adapt quite naturally to Partch's tonal system.

Yes, I'm sure you can find a recording of it. There are videos of live performances on youtube.
