It's nice to see people from Peru dancing Bolivian dances, I must say Oruro's Carnaval in Bolivia is the greatest in fact was nominated by the UNESCO Masterpiece of the Oral and intangible heritage of Humanity back in 2001.
If you ever travel to Bolivia again, visit Oruro during Carnaval you will see the diference, the passion and the love for our Carnaval, and of course lots of water balloons and foam!
