I've heard the aFe exhaust of yours from the video, but how does it sound in person?? is it throaty and deep on start-up and idle? does it sound beastly when revved enough??
I am planning on getting this system for my 2 door JK mainly for the performance gains and sound but also because of it's stainless steel construction.
Please let me know. Thanks!

I think it has a nice sound on startup. It's not like a v8 or anything obviously but way better than stock. When I punch it to make a downshift it can wake up the neighbors. Personally I love the way it sounds going under overpasses or through tunnels.

Yeah, that is the bad thing about living in the city. There is an ATV place out near Longview called Gator Run Park that allows trucks/jeeps. There is also Shiloh Ridge which I think is south of Tyler. Though these places aren't really close either.

slgjsm - No it's not an 07 it's an 08. I should know since how I bought it.

sjs11585 - Bought at 4wheel Parts' Truck Show in Dallas, TX. Got a great deal on Exhaust and Intake.

Unfortunately, I haven't even really had the chance to take it offroad since I've had it other than a muddy country road. I haven't had any opportunities to go offroad either, at least not legally. What about you?
