Tornado forming in Fuquay Varina NC

Footage taken from my front porch in Fuquay Varina NC showing the tornado form that was on the news. It's hard to see cuz it's a crappy cam, but closely watch the right hand side of the clouds. You will see the side of the funnel forming and dropping to the ground. When the shot is black that's when I was looking right into it - that is how dark it was. It was less than a minute later that channel 5 news announced the touchdown.

I know it's a crappy quality vid, it was a 30 dollar walmart cheapo digital cam. It's dark and shaky and grainy but trust me it was there. After the battery ran out I watched it for a min or so, well maybe a little less. I didn't even notice it until after the cam went dead. And yes legodude I was ready to crap my pants at first, but luckily it was headed away from me! It was all over the news, they cut into programming to announce it, I don't see how anyone in Fuquay could've missed it!!!

My kids were screaming with all the lightning while it was forming. We just missed the tornado hitting us by 3/4 of a mile :/

i live right down the street literally less then a mile from where the tornado struck and it was the scariest thing in my life i could have walked right to it in less then 10min.i just do like to think of it now
