Between searches for the sardines, we made dives on Protea and witnessed the winter migration of Raggies.

  • It's called ragged tooth shark in South Africa, Sand tiger shark in the US and Grey nurse shark in Australia.

    Same shark, different names.

  • Definitely raggie cave on Protea (end of June during the run). Northern pinnacle. If I remember well you enter cathedral from the side, not from the top. Which as here the entrance is the hole you see from time to time at the top.

  • This looks like Aliwal Shoal Cathedral,

    not Protea??
