Ok yeah it is weird that he asks a blind girl "is this me you are looking for". But even weirder is how he stalks her around through the video like a real creeper. Love this song, hate this video...

@MegaLostFreak Looking for someone is in a different context than looking with your eyes. You can look and search for someone even when you are blind. But I get your point of him using an awful lot of visual references to a blind girl lol.
