Just actually read all the comments here and wanted to point something out for those of you attacking Letterman himself. Letterman didnt write the material, so I doubt calling him names'll do any good, but I must say I myself was rooting for the Rockies in the WS. Shame they didnt win, but they did a pretty good job.
