Funnel cloud that formed just west of the Saint Michael area and moved to the Northeast. The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado touched down briefly in a neighborhood and did some damage to a house and fences. This is the funnel that was producing a tornado on the ground. Ignore sound as you choose. I was calling friends and family to warn them.

  • what EF was this?

My dad goes to work in St Michael (at a meeting in Monticello at the time) and stuff. He was there when the hail struck, though.

Im in Pipestone MN, and the supercells we get NEVER spawn Tornado Touchdowns. SCared ground kinda ruins my spectaular of Tornados in my area.

  • Message me if you want to see a picture of this same funnel cloud from how it looked in Hanover looking towards you.. Cool stuff

  • Awesome video! Hopefully we get some more of that up in Central MN, otherwise I'm just gonna have to move further South to where all the excitement is! :P
