  • @phoenix1916 No civil rights march old son, but a full blown looting riot. Civil rights demonstrators do not go tooled up with petrol and nail bombs, nor rocks and darts! If I had been the platoon commander that day, I would have done the same and I am shocked at the mans restraint!

  • @phoenix1916 not the hun army ..their shameless.

  • @cathbhar1 Er rioters and looters who have been banned from marching and go tooled up with petrol and nail bombs are not innocent! The March was not peaceful, it was a fucking riot and I am surpirsed at how restrained the Pracahute Regiment were. Greece is now down and out, Italy is going and so is Spain, its only a matter of time before the ROI is FUBAR! The sad thing is, you bloody Northern irish are so bloody nice if it werent for bloody politics, wouldnt it be heaven if both sides were pals

  • @MrMickroach Bloody Sunday was a deliberate act by the British to murder innocent civilians, thats what happened. The march was a peaceful one,a civil rights march for equality and rights, nothing more..anyway I have enough talk on NI and troubles,we could argue for ever on the subject and we both know we will never change our minds.Yes Ireland has no sovereignty,it sold out.Who knows a world revolution maybe, the wall street protest is taking off big time but its not getting much media coverage..

  • @cathbhar1 The people who run Brussles, ie., the Eu are not elected by the people and yes they are corrupt. Ireland doesnt have any sovereignty any more and the clowns of Brussels want it reduced to regions like Belgium is now..As is, people are corrupt. Bloody Sunday was a deliberate act, when the marcg was banned, there are those who pushed for it to happen, they knew the British Army would use extreme force and they wanted a martyr, their cups ran over that day!

  • @MrMickroach I think the world is feeling the effects of these financial terrorists, not just ROI,and yes the politicians sold out and were bullied by Europe, the people are just to blame for voting them in,and the people should have took a stand when forced to a second referendum on Lisbon.Corruption is rampant among politicians and these elitis scratching each others backs, they arte for themselves and not the people. They have armies and the law to back them up while they get rich.......

  • @cathbhar1 There are 4.5 million in the ROI, and only 1.8 million work, that leaves a huge and unsustainable social security bill which has put the ROI into bankruptcy. Also the ROI, having fought for its sovereignty for almost 500 years, gave it all up to the Lisbon Treaty, all for promises of 30 pieces of silver, which never materialised. So, there is absolutely no reason for unification, apart from an old romantic dream, now dead.

  • @MrMickroach Tourism would bring a lot of money in,but to be honest im not much of a politician,I dont have that sneaky elitist attitidue that most have.Peace is the way forward we see that now its better for both sides and for the people in NI,but there is still scum like cira and rira that dont have a clue and want the troubles all over again, maybe its a lack of education.anywat respect to a fella warrior even though you were foe, anyway walk the path of peace and dont be like the haters

  • @MrMickroach Yes I agree all those that support war and voilence have never been there, and yes its hard to forget and forgive. We all have lost people close to us but we will remember them for who and what they were.I also think along the way maybe we have forgotten what we fought for and the reasons why, maybe its pride or hatred.I dont know anymore, but what I will say its time to move on.As for why Ireland should be united, financial reasons on both sides I would think.

  • @cathbhar1 Indeed, and the fools that show me hate are those who havent "been there" I did three tours and lost many close to me..incluidng family. It is hard for me to ever forgive, or forget. However, one thing has never been explained to the loyal people of NI..or even the nationalists, what will make their lives better by being part of a united Ireland? Until that is explained, its a no brainer! Remember, Marty and Adams are getting what they want, power for them alone!
