Sadly to speak, NoBrain does not make good songs right now. "Deciding good song" depends on each person so criteria can be different. The problem of recent NoBrain is that they does not have the reason to do music except the popularity. Maybe you know, guitarist Seungwoo Cha is not together with NoBrain, who actually made the direction of their music. Without him, NoBrain songs sounds no more than popular songs in the main stream now.

That would be something special, except that korea doesnt have that many truley talented artist. No Brain is better than most in korea, but most of mainstream korean artist are digital enhanced.. (more than should be)
