Reisen's Waltz ~ Lunatic Circus

Once I realized that Reisen's theme is in 3/4 time, I knew I had to do this xD I tried to make a "creepy circus" type arrangement of her theme. It's not as good as I'd hoped, but it was only meant to be a quick project.
