I totally get what u mean with the whole running thing!
I used to go running in the evenings, but it gives me too much energy, so I now try to go in the mornings or afternoons so I am refreshed for the rest of the day.
Its a great feeling and just proves how good it really is for your body!

I get to about 30 pushups straight before I have to rest, but I'm not sure why. I've been doing the 100 pushups challenge and am on week 5 O_o

After I run, I get a similar feeling, which is why I don't run at night... I stay up for HOURS afterwards. :)
Running is really fun. I hope you see the awesomeness in it. Also, it's a portable sport. Great for the traveler ;)

You've always been really positive and completed your goals, glad the H4H is still going on.
I think its great you got to a healthy weight, but you come across very intense with a feeling of underlying anger, this is not a hater comment just a comment.
