Sunday Folk Festival Service at the Parish Church of St. Mary the Virgin, 13.9.09.
Three sides, The Foxs Border Morris, Exmoor Border Morris and OBJ Border Morris, led in the clergy and choir to commence the Service. They performed the Worcestershire Monkey as part of the Service.

  • The dance is called Worcestershire Monkey not Worcester Monkey.

    The dance is by Martin Hallett of Wicket Brood and the music Weasel's Revenge is by Jan Hurst also of Wicket Brood.

  • Sort of like a "polka mass"?! Are all churches as accepting of the old ways?

  • We cerrtainly rocked that day! And the acoustics were wonderful.
