your wasting your money, just eat less and exercise ane you'll lose weight. Why do you take protein and that, it's like your taking supplements for body building.

That would be true if I had not had weight loss surgery. I don't eat much and have a protein intake requirment I need to meet so I don't lose my hair. I drink a shake for breakfast. It really helps me. I do exercise daily now on my treadmill. Thanks for you comment!

I also do a low calorie shake, made with water to keep my cals in check. : ) So far I have lost 50 lbs. Now I have 50 more to go to get to a healthy weight!
