This was an unbelievable shootout in the game between St. Sebastian's Arrow's and Tabor Academy at the 2010 Joshua Weeks New Years Hockey Invitational Tournament held at Tabor Academy. The game was tied 1 - 1 after two 25 minute periods and a 5 minute overtime. Each team then selected 5 players for the shootout. Tabor's #23 Kevin Salvucci (sophomore) scored first to make it 2 -1. The Arrow's were down to their last of 5 shooters when #17 Ryan Coffey (senior) scored to tie the game again at 2-2. The next goal wins as the shootout went to sudden death! The shootout went a total of 14 players deep into each teams lineup. The game was ended when the Arrow's #14 Mike Green (senior) scored the winning goal to make it 3-2 Arrow's! Tabor goalie #31 Robert Kang (senior) and Arrow's goalie #30 Donny McGuirl (junior) stood on their heads as they stopped shooter after shooter!
presumably they put out the best shooters?? that was painful to watch. I had to turn it off before it was over!

prep hockey makes up for lack of stick skills with speed, physicality, and very good coaching

I now see why every smart hockey player wouldn't even consider prep school. I have seen more talent at a Jr. B hockey game. holy shit has prep hockey gotten lousy.
