I am calling this commercial STUPID because its an RNC commercial, and the reason I said that is because they make it as if Biden is laughing at something legitimate when obviously its is cut and paste to make it seem like Biden is the bad guy, if you watched the debate Ryan was talking out of his ass and Biden laughed bc how retarded it was.
