This is what happens when you toss a mug of very hot (not boiling) water into the air on a very cold morning. It was about -31F when we shot this. It's called the Mpemba effect.

(Note: the colder it is outside, the better this works. Ideally you want it to be -40F, but anything below -25F will have sort of the same effect.)
