Misleading TV advert for Virgin Media once again suggesting their service is delivering broadband via fibre optic to the home when in fact it is a coax-based, shared cable-modem network to the home. Virgin Media's marketing is currently broadband-led as it is the only product they can claim any reasonable differentiation on, however reliability, performance and customer service remain huge issues for the company.
