@Soraymustdie thanks for the reply. so the civil war still isnt really over since no treaty has ever been signed right? so then any negotiating with the communist gov. is pointless since technically the war is still on. just like korea. only a truce has been signed holding till today but the communists and nationalists of china dont even have a truce. so anything can happen even today.
