Sorry its a bit late.. I've been busy with family, friends, and of course beaching lol in this video there's about a 50lb weight range lol but its hard to tell it just goes to show its not that big of a deal I guess.

p.s. I don't understand why people are so mean. Big or small I would never make fun of you. I don't know where along the way people decided it was ok to make fun of other people. :(

Remember girls and guys too, it doesn't matter if you're 100lbs or 500lbs its who you are on the inside lol as dumb as that may sound:p

i know what you mean I was 240 and now i weigh 190 its so hard losing all that weight it took me 5 months to get to where i am right now and im at that point where its so hard to lose anything else....its just the push that matters! well guess ill get to dancing (thats my excersize)
