@Luigi84289 After the Battle of Loum, they basically weren't negotiating at all. The meeting that became the Antartic Treaty was originally just for signing the Federation's surrender. But then Revil escaped and revealed that the Zeeks weren't as strong as they'd let on, they'd wasted a lot of resources and most of their experienced pilots on their attempt at a quick victory at Loum in order to bluff the Federation and prevent a drawn out war that they didn't have the resources to win.

lol.. it was just a hint that degwin was the main suspect upon zeon zum's death. still no proof that the sovereign killed zeon zum... altough in this timeline zeon wins.. atleast no more colony drops. and lol dictatorship on earth

@JohnWayneStafford1 A republic is the limit of government power in compliance with the rule of law, which also guarantees the individual and minority's rights under the law. Basically, it's an understanding between the ruled and the rulers. Meanwhile, a democracy is in favor of the collective crowd; in favor of the class, ethnicity, religion, or gender and tends to alienate the minority and individual; in other words, the crowd has the say instead of a few or one. i.e. the rule of majority.

@wwwingzerooo After the Battle of Loum Zeon should have just refused to negotiate and dictated the terms of the Federal Forces surrender. The EFF no longer had a space fleet and their head General was a prisoner of war.
