African Cichlid 55 gallon tank!

I'm also running a 55g with a variety of african cichlids in it. That blue one with the yellow fins could be a pseudotropheus acei. Hard to tell from this video. I guess it could also be metriaclima greshakei (considering you have other metriaclimas in there).

Have you considered possibly switching to a pellet food?

Yup, I also feed pellets and weekly frozen brine shrimp/blood worms.

An easy way to tell the difference between the acei and the greshakei is to look at the mouth. A very small, almost "petite" mouth means an acei. Larger one belongs to greshakei, as greshakei are omnivore.

1X I am not quite sure what species he is, he has a blue body with yellow fins?

I am going to be getting more as time goes on here. I can't just go out and get like 10 right now because I will have an ammonia spike. I get 1 about every 1 or 2 weeks.
