Dang, hearing his voice and imagining some of his quotes is just hard. Gets a lot of cred for being a good coach, I try to mimic my squats just like him (or at least ass to grass because that just sounds awesome)

true, I've been using his back squat form for about two weeks and liking it to work posterior chain and first pull positioning but I wouldn't use that same squatting style (sitting back) to do an overhead squat

It is to keep your spine in a neutral position and stop strain on your cervical spine from craning your neck upward.

As said before Rip is one of the most widely respected strength coaches around.
