@entertainme3000 I did know that she was a playboy bunny. I think they cast her to boost up the male following at the time. She just never cut it for me as tina--they rewrote the character too much when she played the part as someone who was trying to change but tina is not that type of a person. Krista tried ot play the dumb part but never got the conniving part--and don't even get me started on the whole cain rogancharacter--YUCK!

@mikehlebik Did you know Karen Witter started out as a porn star? She was the centerfold in Playboy back in 82. I think soap stars reputations get tarnished if their seen in the raw by past and present work. I think she did okay as Tina but I saw her nude in a Playboy book that was stashed in an old cabinet at the library. It probably wasn't a good thing to cast her as a soap star because ppl probably remember her from her days in Playboy

@VAwriter karen witter and krista tesreau (who was great on GL as Minday) were also Tina in name only--karen witter stunk as tina--she was a character named tina but bot the quintessential tina lord

@sonyab1974 I'm not sure why Andrea Evans left the first time in '82. She left in '90 coz she was stalked by a crazy fan. This is not a good Tina. She looks awful. I didn't think Asa ever used Tina to come between Bo and Didi. Bo and Tina would be icky together.
