Every demo of this amp on youtube sounds like shit compared to a 6505/6505+ head. But you have a real great sound here. What's your secret? You change the tubes, the speakers, etc?

I'm thinking on buying this amp, because of this video.

@thrashmasterz The amp is totally stock, and there wasn't any kind of post processing. I just messed a lot with mic placements and tried to keep the gain down.

I totally recommend buying it, it sounds even better without those lousy singstar mics in the way

does this amp lose any quality when turned up past 6?

@ThePleaoftheforsaken I don't do it very often, but I never had a problem with it when I had to do it. Though I a speaker change to a Celestion or similar would help with that, as it sometimes sounds a bit too fizzy

Nice cover. whats the tuning?

@sk8boarder125 I played it in drop B, but the original is in F sharp standard with a low B (in a 7 string). Though in this song it doesnt matter which one you use, as you dont use the higher strings (in some other ASP songs it does matter). Thanks btw :)
